Cancellation and Refund policy
1. Overview
At Goddess Fancy we strive to process and dispatch orders quickly. This Cancellation Policy explains when and how you can cancel an order, what refunds you can expect, and any exceptions that apply.
2. How to request a cancellation
To cancel an order, email us immediately at goddessjewellery26@gmail.com with your order number, name, and a short reason for cancellation.
Cancellations are handled in the order they are received; submitting a request does not guarantee cancellation if the order has already progressed beyond the cancellable stage.
3. Cancellation windows & statuses
Before order confirmation / while payment pending: We will cancel and refund in full.
Order confirmed / processing (production or packaging not started): Cancellation may be accepted — we will notify you and issue a full refund where applicable.
Order in production or customization (engraving, made-to-order, modified items): Not cancellable once production has started. We will notify you if production begins.
Shipped / Out for delivery: Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled. Please follow our Returns & Exchanges procedure (see below) once you receive the item.
4. Refunds & timelines
If a cancellation is accepted, refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Refunds typically reflect in your account within 7–14 business days depending on your bank or payment provider. We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or third parties.
Shipping charges and COD fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the cancellation is due to our error.
5. Exceptions & non-cancellable items
Custom, personalized, or made-to-order jewellery (engraving, bespoke pieces) cannot be cancelled after production has started.
Promotional, clearance or heavily discounted items may be non-cancellable — such exceptions will be noted on the product page or during checkout.
If you believe your order is eligible for cancellation despite one of the above restrictions, contact us and we will review your request.
6. What if we cancel your order?
We may cancel an order in rare cases (inventory errors, pricing mistakes, inability to verify payment, inability to deliver). If we cancel, you will receive a full refund for the product value. Shipping charges will be refunded if the cancellation is our responsibility.
7. Returned items after cancellation attempt
If you attempted to cancel but the item was shipped and you return it, the returned item must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to our error. Refunds for returned items will be processed after we receive and inspect the item.
8. Chargebacks & disputes
Please contact us first at goddessjewellery26@gmail.com for any payment disputes. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks if an order was shipped and delivered according to tracking and our terms.
9. How we communicate
We will notify you by the email address or mobile number provided at checkout about cancellation requests, acceptance or rejection, and refund processing.
10. Governing law
This Policy is governed by the laws applicable where Goddess Fancy operates. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
